If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
Please note:
Pre-loved items, earrings, and sale items are final and not eligible for return.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at info@cubsnco.com.au within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
