If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns:
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in original condition—unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.

Please note:

  • Pre-loved items, earrings, and sale items are final and not eligible for return.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items:
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at
info@cubsnco.com.au within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
